12' Aluminum Fishing Boat, Motor & Trailer

Hi. You are looking at a 12' Mirro Craft Aluminum fishing boat. This is a very tight boat and has no leaks. I have hardwired stern and bow lights into it that run off a small motorcycle battery (no clamp on D-Cell lights). There are 3 bench seats in it and I have 2 clamp on seats that come with it. I have a canvas storage/travel cover that comes with it. Trailer is in good shape, lights are new in 2010. Tires are new in 2010. Bearings are in good shape, bearing buddy system is installed and boat and trailer have been stored inside in winters-motor in the basement. Tires have less then 750 miles on them. Trailer has winch stand with strap style winch with a new strap on it, trailer jack, and spare tire holder. Motor is a mercury 8 HP 2 stroke engine. Starts/runs good. Had a new carb kit put in it in 2009. Lower unit lube changed in engine twice per year. I have a gas tank that comes with it and a set of oars.
